This website is owned and operated by web net marketing ltd. orders placed through this website are fulfilled by best choice fireplaces.
Summary
The company only accepts orders subject to the conditions of sale.
Payment
The title and ownership of the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are paid for in full.
Prices
We endeavour to keep published prices as accurate as possible. Published prices are subject to change with no prior notice
VAT
The companys price list includes UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.
Deliveries
We provide free local delivery on all orders over £100. All other orders are subject to a basic delivery charge of £70 +vat to all UK mainland post code areas. This is automatically added at the check. Due to the volume of deliveries it may not always be possible to use our own transport, therefore we will, at times, use reputable third party carriers.This will not delay or degrade the excellent customer service we have achieved over the years.
Fitness for purpose
The company are in no way liable for the installation of goods supplied to the buyer. The company has no control over the fitment, suitability and method of their application or use.
Liability
The companys liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. The company shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and /or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods.
Returns
If you wish to return any item we must be informed within 3 working days of the product being delivered to you.
A collection charge equal to the delivery charge at the time of sale will be applied to all returns & will be deducted from your subsequent refund.
Refunds will be made by the same method of payment ie. credit card or cheque less any delivery and/or collection charges.
Privacy Policy
Any information given to bestvaluefires.co.uk by the "buyer" will not in any way be sold/passed on to any other interested parties.
None of these terms affects your statutory rights.
